What's the Opportunity?

If you’re an experienced salesperson with top notch closing and negotiation skills this could be the job for you. You’ll manage a base of existing key accounts with a consistent focus on retention and growth. The company is a giant in it’s field offering tailored solutions around people, processes and performance. Your own background and experience should be in a B2B sales environment with the ability to nature relationships, close contracts and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Sounds great..! But what will my day be like?

You will be responsible for the daily management and performance of your client base in the Louth Territory in a face to face environment.
Working together with your desk based appointment team to coordinate appointments and support you in your field based activities
With a constant focus on growth – you’ll be working with existing customers, optimising their accounts, revenue range and customer service as well generating opportunities with new clients in the territory
You’ll have regular engagement with your manager and you’ll have 100% responsibility for your region.


YOU? You should be a strong communicator with excellent closing skills, a proven track record in B2B sales is essential here as well as the experience in a face to face sales environment. This role will require confidence, excellent negotiating and consultative selling skills. This is a Sligo and Donegal based role with super long term options for you.


IN RETURN? Excellent earning potentials - €70,000 OTE with a 50/50 split (base of up to €35K) + company car + phone + tablet + benefits
