What’s the opportunity?  


This role is for someone who wants to be involved in the Customer Experience for a rapidly growing start-up. Your clients are customers using a high value tech educational product and your role will be to anticipate and react to these clients’ needs through a mix of both web and phone based communication.


As a CX Agent, this role will involve the timely and careful use of management systems, a very high level of spoken and written communication as well as attention to detail. Your key to success will be for you to ensure clarity of information, an efficient service and in turn, happy clients! 


Super - But what will my day be like?

  • Ensuring that your clients are fully communicated with necessary information and details
  • Managing regular on boarding and administration of new clients. This involves CRM management and outbound communications
  • Managing the expected deliveries around timelines and resolution, all delivered with clear, positive and professional language

Sounds great! I think I’d be a great fit, what is it that you’re looking for?

You will certainly need experience within a customer service role (6 months minimum), ideally within a professional phone based environment. You should have a degree, an interest in global technology markets and a personal high level of communication (written and verbal). An equal balance of humour and responsibility would be great too!
