Replacing our marketing executive, who joined as a graduate 3 years ago and has put an amazing infrastructure in place, your role will centre around further enhancing our marketing function toward a SMARKETING organisation and growing our brand and business that we have built over our eleven-year history. You will work closely with a company founder on programs across growth in 3 areas

Candidates – growing our candidate network and database of 86,000

Clients – business development by driving inbound marketing leads through our segmented client database

Recruitment Consultants – working on our employer brand to attract new people

The Day to Day

 

·         Sourcing and testing new ways to advertise jobs we work on behalf of our clients, targeting niche candidate communities (researching platforms and social media channels to reach the correct audiences)

·         Maintain and develop RECRUITERs digital image with social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts) and work on strategies to leverage them

·         Run the CMS of our website and collaborate with our vendor to improve its success

·         Create and publish content to drive inbound leads with clients and candidates and drive these to conversion

·         Collaborate with the recruitment consultants to drive marketing strategies to expand their online brands as a consultant of choice

·         Work on proposals, bids and tenders for the business

·         Collaborating with consultants to produce content specific to their focus i.e. Java Development, online Marketing etc

·         Report on Metrics and analytics through analysing Google Analytics and similar to drive conversions on www.recruiters.ie and respond accordingly to the data

·         Run email campaigns to specific target markets (Candidates and clients) promoting products and services http://www.recruiters.ie/services

·         Work on an annual report / index on the Jobs market using SurveyMonkey and other tools involving survey design, interviewing and creation

·         Vendor management – working with our key website vendor and working with our advertising vendors i.e. Irishjobs and Linkedin

·         Marketing strategies - research new ideas on how marketing can drive our business forward

·         Develop further marketing collateral (Adobe Creative suite) of our product offerings and drive their promotion to clients

What do you need to look like?

You will have a degree and great commercial experience in a marketing role. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who have experience with

·         Online content and strategies; creating great content using your superb written English and grammar skills

·         Online Marketing analytics using Google Analytics and more to drive decisions

·         Website Management – using a CMS system

·         Social Media Management where you have driven social media agendas using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more

·         Email marketing strategies and campaign experience

·         Experience driving inbound marketing leads using online content and account-based marketing techniques targeting key accounts from a marketing perspective

·         Growth strategies around followers / customers / fans 

 Personality

·         Positive outgoing personality

·         Work in a self-directed way

·         Great attention to detail

·         Driven and ambitious

·         Passionate about social media marketing through a ROI lenses
