Work with design and development teams to gain customer acceptance
Configure solution to meet customer needs and prep systems for customer training and testing
Delivery effective application training to project teams and end users
Support the customer with conference room pilots, investigating reported issues and preparing Jira tickets for a solution
Consistently follow and apply methodologies, BA practices, SDLC, change management and compliance practices and policies

Great, now what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

At least 3 years’ experience as a customer-facing BA or implementation consultant, ideally with a knowledge of document management systems
Experience in an Agile environment
Experience around one or more of the following: technical writing, document management systems (at a minimum MS Word, ideally packages like DITA, Arbortext, Framemaker, Madcap, flare, etc), airline operations (ideally with an exposure to regulatory compliance or compliance auditing)
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and applying creative and resourceful thought process to the resolution of problems
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Looks like a fit! What else do I need to know?

This role is permanent, based in Dublin City Centre with some travel (up to 20%), and will pay up to €65K + package including healthcare, vision, dental, life assurance, fitness reimbursement and much more.
