What’s on offer?

RECRUITERS are searching for an Office Administrator with the ability or experience to help run a monthly payroll for software company of 40 people. In this role you will join a familial company based in Sandyford - an established tech company selling to Ireland and the UK. This is a promising opportunity to employ a well organised office administrator to run the office and help with the payroll and act as PA for the executives (organising travel diaries and more)

This exciting permanent opportunity will give you experience across office administration, front of house reception (not a very busy switch board), meeting and greeting clients of the business, setting up administration systems, organising diaries and travel and general PA duties and working with their finance vendor in preparing payroll. You will get valuable experience in the software scene and how a business in this area operates as well as the chance to work in a friendly encouraging team environment.

Fluent English speaker
Living near Sandyford
Well organised with between 3-5 years’ experience in an office administration setting
Experience organising information and inputting it for Payroll
Comfortable working on own initiative and reporting to senior colleagues
Good grasp of basic office administration, familiar with MS Word, Outlook, Excel
