Cutting edge, growing company needs a genius to work in its Head Office to look after all things Be the subject matter expert and the ‘go-to’ for administration, maintenance and improvement of the CRM system for the company and its partners alike.

Your MO will be to liaise across the business to understand problems and requirements and present back strong options outlining how Salesforce can be utilised to improve things

Sounds great, but what’s involved?

  • Get to know business needs and work on teams to develop more robust Salesforce solutions
  • Creating / maintaining custom objects, approval processes, formula fields, record types, etc.
  • Managing the Salesforce portals, ensuring new company offers are available for sale online
  • Working across departments to ensure business processes are mapped and implemented in Salesforce
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support business operations
  • Work with the company’s retail channels to support their use of in stores

That all looks great and relevant to my experience! But what prerequisites are you looking for?

  • 2+ years’ experience with as a certified administrator (ADM 201) in a administration role. Someone who has worked in an operational capacity, driving excellence in a large, fast-paced, dynamic organisation where you’ve collaborated with multiple departments.
  • Strong analytically and attention to detail.
  • Proven drawing strong conclusions from various data sources
