Technical Project Manager

Want to work in the cutting edge of Customer Intelligence in the Cloud for marketers of an exciting industry vertical globally? This Irish company HQ’d in Dublin city centre is attracting a lot of attention and has a bleeding edge product that connects customer, product and operational data, putting customers at the centre of a business and enabling true 1:1 marketing personalisation on a level never seen before.  They are looking to add a Technical Project Manager to drive projects cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations groups. This is a new role which will be central to the delivery of their strategic roadmap. Reporting directly to the VP of operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategically critical projects, from product delivery to game-changing configurations.

The day to day

Manage and maintain a holistic cross-functional view of projects across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Facilitate effective delivery prioritization & planning  
Develop project plans and communicate them to key stakeholders
Ensure that priority projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and communicate risk assessment with key stakeholders
Maintain a view of the delivery organisation’s P&L and performance

You?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Project management certification and around 3 years’ experience in software and technology project management, with a proven track record of high quality, on-time delivery
Exposure to or training in Agile ( Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Experience with JIRA and project management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication
Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management
Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and be the interface between the business and the Product/Development team.
Ability to drive a structured and methodical approach within the team.
Energetic and ambitious.
