Project Management Administration Lead – Daily Rate Contract
We are interviewing for a Senior Project Management Administrator to work on a Global Program for an Enterprise wide software project. You’ll join a team of highly experienced thought leaders who are pushing boundaries in R&D. This is a daily rate contract paying approx. €360 per day.
On successful hire you will assume accountability for:
- Providing overarching project management administration for a Global product launch
- Coordinate project plan development and tracking progress against the plan
- Produce Project Plan Extracts, following up on overdue or impending activities and keeping the plan up-to-date
- Manage issues/ actions/ risks logs
- Support the Change Management Process
- Save all project documents to the project SharePoint
- Manage group communications and project communications
- Quality reviews and input on group communications
- Provide timely input to Program and Project Managers on changes recommended
- Assist with project summits including agendas, decks and logistics
- Liaise with regional core team members on regional training summits
- Manage the Team Calendar of Events
To be considered for this role your background and competencies will include:
- Third level Degree in Business or a related discipline
- Project Management Certification
- Excellent Sharepoint and Administration skills
- A background working on enterprise scale project administration with a global reach.
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and to handle ambiguity.
