Job description - Online Sales Specialist - ICT & Finance - Dublin

Online Sales Specialist – ICT & Banking - Dublin 

This is a senior role on the Online Sales Team with responsibility for delivering online sales across various product categories. The purpose of this role is to develop and drive online sales propositions to achieve online sales targets. This role also includes responsibility for off-site and on-site online marketing techniques to deliver online sales. 

To be considered for interview, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role delivering online sales propositions and online marketing campaigns.
  • Relevant third level qualification desirable
  • Experience of demand generation mechanisms for e-commerce including search, display, social media, affiliate, retargeting and behavioural.
  • Experience delivering effective online sales propositions.
  • Ability to develop and drive online marketing activity to deliver results.
  • Understanding of the online sales process.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience using online analytics to drive online sales.
  • Experience of managing website content and online communications.
  • Strong organisational skills and a passion for user experience.
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills.

If successful, your duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Use analytics and insights to develop a roadmap of online propositions to deliver online sales numbers.
  • Drive traffic to the online store by delivering effective online marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the affiliate sales programme to achieve online sales targets.
  • Manage product content on the website ensuring it is customer focused.
  • Responsibility for online sales reporting.
  • Promote online as a sales channel across the business.
  • Influence the business and build relationships to support online sales strategy.
