Job description - Student Accommodation Marketing Executive

The Client

J&S Property Management, established over 10 years in the property management, sales & lettings. With the management of commercial developments, residential developments & Student developments throughout Ireland.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role will be a commercially driven strategic marketing person with approximately 2/3 years experience delivering results for a company. The overall remit for the role will be the completion of various ad hoc projects the will contribute to the bottom line of the organisation as a whole.

Role and Responsibilities

We require a marketing / administrator person for a Student Accommodation development in North Dublin who can also assist in managing a student accommodation block.

· Business/Marketing Degree or equivalent third-level qualification essential.

· A minimum of 2 years experience working in a relevant marketing function desirable.

· Min 2 years experience in Online marketing, including google campaigns

· Experience in working with designers of websites

· Dealing with college students on a daily basis

Ensuring the efficient management of contractors within the student development

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to be a team player.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Ability to identify market segments, niches, and potential markets.

 

 

Salary is in the region of €20,000 - €24,000pa
