Job description - QFA Contact Centre Agent x 20
Full time Collections Agents immediately required.
We have a number of roles immediately available for experienced banking collections agents. This is an exciting, city-centre based opportunity for enthusiastic, full / part qualified QFA holders with previous experience in a phone based role.
This Role Requires the Following:
- Previous collections experience.
- Full/part Qualified Financial Advisor qualifications and / or equivalent.
- Previous experience working on phones.
- Strong Customer Care Skills.
- Strong Knowledge of Banking products.
- Interest and ability to work towards targets.
On Successful Hire Duties will Include:
- Handling all inbound and outbound customer telephone calls in.
- Reviewing customer accounts to determine most appropriate strategy recommendation.
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure timely resolution of complex queries using own initiative and escalating as appropriate.
- Efficiently and effectively closing down customer accounts, including proactively contacting customers with regard to account closures.
- Ensuring system data/records are kept up to date through accurate data checking and database management.
- Making effective and appropriate inbound and outbound calls to third parties, as required.
- Timely escalation of issues to management.
- Adhere to policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of the role.
- Delivery of pre-determined service levels on an on going basis.
- Working to pre-specified individual and team productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation at all times.
The successful candidates will work Mon-Fri; either 9-5pm or 11-8pm, and must be available every second Saturday.
