Job Title: Customer Services Officer

Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Customer Services

This role requires an ambitious, experienced communicator to deal directly with our clients customers in a heavily phone-based role. The successful candidate will join a highly-skilled Customer Service team who provide a first rate service to existing mortgage customers.  This is a great opportunity to work in a progressive banking environment.

This role Requires:

• Full QFA; or to be working toward them.  Loans and Regulations are essential.
• 2-3 years in a customer care role.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Strong experience in home loans & deposits, particularly with mortgage and interest            rates.

On Successful Hire you will be expected to:

• Handle primarily in-coming phone calls from existing customers of our client.
• Work directly with the clients customers.
• Support the Customer Care Team.
• Maintain superior quality customer relations.
• Communicate effectively with other internal departments
