RECRUITERS are delighted to bring a new role looking for an Project Coordinator

Our client offers a top-class bespoke packaging and branding for well-known global brands.

They are now recruiting for an account coordinator to join their team! If you have experience or a passion for all Promotions or Designs, then this could be the role for you.

Sounds great what will my day to day look like?

  • Work with the Packaging Team to coordinate and take responsibility for ad-hoc queries and tasks
  • Liaise with our China office in relation to pricing, sample production, and shipping related activities, communicating with the team in China to ensure information is clearly conveyed between client and suppliers
  • Communicate continuously with clients notifying schedules and timelines
  • Assist in logistics and stock management, co-ordinate deliveries to customers, liaise with freight service provider to ensure delivery of goods as agreed
  • Assist in the preparation of project pricing, quotations, sales orders, sales invoicing, etc
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to China office and coordinate supplier payments checking invoice amounts are correct
  • Coordinate packaging shows, travel arrangements and prepare parcels for couriers
  • Record keeping, filing, general office administrative duties

What do I need?

  • Outstanding multitasking and organizational skills with maximum attention to detail is absolutely essential
  • High level of communication skills and a quick learner
  • 3+ years office experience
  • A knowledge of accounts with Sage experience would be desirable
  • Packaging/design/print background would be an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft MS suite, advanced excel skills a mus
