ADMIN & ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT 

This engineering businessis an established leader within the manufacturing, bespoke tooling and vending space. Have grown from strength to strength over the last 30 years, this Irish owned operation is now exporting to new Markets in UK & Far East and have built an extensive and impressive blue-chip client base.

This entry level position is newly created within their accounts administration team. This team provides administrative support to the accounts division, and quality assures the invoicing records. With a huge amount of PO’s, supplier invoices and job tracking to achieve, this role requires excellent attention to detail, appreciation of the importance of accurate invoice matching and some email/phone communication with both colleagues and suppliers.

No accounts experience required, this role will benefit from full training and is wholly administrative based.

What will I expect from my day-to-day?

  • You’ll be working within a team of 4 with full training provided
  • Your role is to handle a portion of the large volumes of incoming invoices, many of which are administered for clients, so ensuring that the paperwork is tracked and correct is of huge importance.
  • You will liaise and communicate both internally and with some external suppliers if you need to check details, track lost invoices, and assure that your contribution to the business support if complete, accurate and correctly matched. This stage of administrative support will prove crucially important for later stages of the accounts process. 
  • Working hours are 8:30 – 4:30 M-F

If you have some admin background, that is advantageous, however for someone without it we will look for evidence of positive attitude, responsiveness to training, attention to detail, effective communication the and capability to learn. 

This is a full time, permanent role and we are looking to interview asap!
