With growth forecast, there is a requirement for an experienced Team Coordinator, you'll provide direct support to the team lead as well as spend a portion of your time working on cross-functional events/projects for the broader team. You must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. You will be a key resource in making sure the organisation is a well-coordinated and great place to work. 

What will my day look like?

• Advanced calendar scheduling 
• Facilitate and prepare for meetings 
• Coordinate multiple schedules and agendas for wider team 
• Maintain and track ongoing reports, databases, department websites 
• Update and organize shared drives/files and organizational charts 
• Manage all travel arrangements including visa and other documentation required 
• Manage coordination for employee recognition and reward programs 

The right person for this job:

The perfect person for this job is an experienced team coordinator with 2+ years’ experience or equivalent. Ideally, you’ve worked in a large or multinational company and experience in supporting senior leadership. You have outstanding multi-tasking abilities and you have an ability to proactively anticipate challenges and needs of the team. You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent relationship management skills with the ability to exercise judgement and maintain confidentiality whilst remaining poised under pressure. You are proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with acute attention to detail. You have a passion for trying, learning, improving and sharing best practices in the workplace.

This is a six-month contract role.
