B2C Sales Manager (EdTech Product)

This organisation are leading the way in making upskilling in software development accessible to executives across Ireland, the UK and beyond. Based in South County Dublin, they are looking to welcome a dynamic, results-driven B2C Sales Manager on board  who will be responsible for leading a team of 3 in their continued EMEA expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal person will have previous management or team lead experience and a track record in hitting individual and team goals.


The role…

You’ll be achieving sales revenue targets by creating and maintaining a highly efficient and productive sales team, driving key metrics (such as conversion, call volume, lead nurturing etc) tracking and managing productivity to ensure targets are tracked, delivering continuous improvement in call quality by conducting review sessions, coaching, training and developing team members and applying a policy of continuous improvement throughout.


The person...

You’ll be degree qualified and have 2-3 years’ experience in either a sales management or team lead role, ideally in phone-based B2C solution sales. You’ll be a consistently high-performer, with a team-focused mentality and a real drive for success. 


The good stuff…

This role is permanent, based in South Dublin and will pay a base of between €40K and €50K plus competitive personal- and team-based performance commission and bonuses (OTE €70K).
