You will work cross-functionally with all areas of the business as a Business Analyst who specialises in capacity planning and setting the business up for success. You will be responsible for designing and implementing capacity planning processes, structures and toolsets together with executing these across the business operations.

Sounds great what will my day to day look like?

  • You will work on the design of Projects and Engineering Capacity to provide near real-time up to date Planning Systems
  • Management processes, reporting, and escalation on capacity planning
  • You will advise on a potential business capacity system that will show fulfillment statistics, plan of works and resource requirements.
  • Lead the building of Capacity Systems that can change with customer priorities, customer readiness and drives capacity planning in the business to meet customer expectations
  • Work with Project Management, Engineering, and Deployment to understand, review and report on capacity on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • To plan capacity for all teams for future months, quarters and years
  • Communicate with Senior management on planning and capacity related  in a clear and concise way
  • Co-ordinate  internal teams to implement improvements in the process and toolsets
  • Provide finance co-ordination and inputs to costs, timesheets, projects, and programmes

Super, what do I need?

  • 2+ years capacity planning implementation experience
  • Deep passion for systems implementation
  • Primary degree in accounting or engineering
  • MSc. in a relevant area is preferable
  • Programme Management a significant bonus
  • Accountancy experience in the area of capacity planning is a bonus
  • Ability to show initiative, innovation and change management
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to deal with all levels of the organisation
