I really like the sound of them! What will the day to day for this job look like?

  • This role is 50% new business development and 50% account management. You’ll come into a warm desk with a portfolio of existing accounts who you will establish yourself as an account manager with to maintain and nurture these business relationships and ensure a consistent stream of revenue from these accounts.
  • Smart and business development is the preferred approach for this job. You’ll be conducting research to identify potential clients and expand your business network. While cold calling comes into the day to day here quality is far more important than quantity.
  • Attention to detail is key here! Consistent management of your digital paper trail through the company CRM is a pivotal part of the job. You’ll also work very closely with the productions team to develop client quotes, which requires a high level of efficiency and accuracy. If you’re the kind of person who likes to double check, triple check and check again this job will suit you.
  • As with any sales job you’ll have a set of targets and deliverables to achieve. You’ll develop and build your own sales pipeline which you’ll report on weekly.

 

Ok, I’m sold, what do I need to bring to the table?

  • 3rd level qualification in a marketing or technology focused discipline.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • 1 years’ experience in a target B2B sales environment.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system.
  • The ability to work a 360 sales cycle from identifying an opportunity to closing the sale.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • A positive outlook with strong emotional intelligence and a passion for people.
  • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal to deal with a variety of stakeholders.

 

This job is offering a basic salary of 25k and a 30k uncapped OTE, effective and ongoing training, and long-term career development and expansion opportunities. If this sounds like the job for you,
