New Business Sales - Travel Software


Some tech products and platforms really have become the GO-To within their industry, and this particular site is precisely that. Firmly immersed within the tourism / travel sector, with multiple brilliant products to offer, this particular hire is within the New Business team, who are the front line of developing new partnerships with clients. This team are helpful, proactive, well trained and clear as the Flag Flyers for a consumer product which has taken global travel by storm. A really useable software, providing great support and indeed revenue to its users – the sales team here are consultative, commercial and efficient. This will suit somebody with a genuine comfort in (relatively) high volume discussions with business owners and managers. It’s high volume as the lead times are fairly short, and once onboarded a separate team is responsible for their success and retention. Leaving you free to stretch your client base even further. On a massive plus side for a sales person – you’re part of a really successful and well-known product. Yet, your teams are small and intimate, you’ll have about 8-10 directly around you. Plus, your clients are already familiar with who you are and won’t be difficult to reach. The industry is tourism related, so having an understanding and appreciation of this is of course an asset. In return, you’ll have exception training, support, lots of long term options and a really well-run ship where each team does their job really well. You’ll also have cool offices, a European Head of Sales who’s as supportive and friendly as they come, and also sits in the same office. Lots of advice and involvement in a hands-on way.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Previous inside based sales experience, ideally with snappy enough lead times and turnaround times.

• If this was with a web product, even better. Being able to consult with your client efficiently online, and provide demo’s etc would be great. • Hospitality / Travel experience / interest – this is always a benefit, but it’s certainly not 100% necessary. It just could give you a deeper link with your clients.

• A Great Attitude – This is a friendly, hospitable, supportive and engaged team. You’ll be listened to and helped, and provided with great infrastructure to succeed. You’ll be expected to bring similar qualities to the table.

This is an immediate hire, based in Dublin city centre. There are 2 roles available – each with different languages requirements. They are fluent Spanish OR fluent Greek. you’ll be dealing with the equivalent markets, and will receive extensive training, support, excellent commission and base salary, health, and lots and lots more in a very competitive package.
