What’s the opportunity?

What will I be doing every day?

On a day to day basis you’ll be driving (in your new company car) around the south of Ireland, having made a journey and call plan of existing and potential clients, focusing on selling new seasonal product ranges into the boutique, pharmacy, and department store retail sector
You will develop super knowledge of the retail & merchandising industry and how to develop product visibility etc.
This is a field based position, so be prepared for the fact that you’ll hold plenty of autonomy on your day to day activities, whilst performing to clear structures (KPI’s and Targets).
On a daily basis, you are responsible for meeting, guiding, supporting and developing excellent relationships with retail store owners, buyers, managers, and personnel so we will expect you to shine both in person and by phone!
Also, you’ll be awarded bonus, lunch allowance, excellent training, superb peer guidance…oh, and there’s also your new car!

What do I need to bring to the table?

You will need businesses to business sales experience, 2-3 years minimum, and if you have experience wholesaling into the fashion and beauty industry that’s a massive plus.
A full driving licence is an absolute must
If you have field based sales experience this is preferred, particularly experience with journey planning.
As this is a large territory that you’ll be covering there will be some overnight stays- this needs to suit you.
You will need to be a person who works autonomously, you’ll be out on the road on your own, planning journeys, setting meetings, and working to a number of targets and deliverables, so it will be up to you to achieve what’s required on a daily basis.

 

This role is offering a base salary of €28,000 with an OTE of €35,000- €40,000, a company car, full expenses, a lunch allowance, an annual bonus, a company phone, and ipad.
