This organization are a global leader in their space, and are the #1 most visited website in their industry. With a fantastic leadership team, they are going from strength to strength and are rapidly expanding their team. They are now looking to welcome an experienced and commercially-focused Business Operations Manager to their team to manage the strategy for their UK operations. This person will guide key strategic decision and work cross-functionally to implement business initiatives and will have the opportunity be a key influence on the business in an impactful role. 

 

Looks good so far, but what would my day-to-day look like?

Based in London, this person will work closely with VP’s, directors and other senior management to guide strategic direction and daily operations of the UK business
Lead cross-functional teams to implement high-impact, business-critical projects 
Collaborate with business intelligence and FP&A teams to make informed business decisions
Implement and manage change
Work with leaders to establish KPI’s for the UK business market and ensure accountability for results against those
Manage a variety of high-visibility, strategic initiatives for the UK market

Great, now what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

Bachelor’s Degree qualified 
7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a general management position
A background in management consultancy would be ideal
Excellent commercial outlook and experience in KPI and target development and management 
Strong change management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally
Experience in a Software-as-a-Service environment
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to present ideas to various levels of stakeholder

This role is based in London, with regular travel to Dublin and to the US headquarters, and will pay a base of £90K + bonuses and package. It’s an incredible opportunity to join this rapidly-scaling company in an exciting space, in a key decision-making role.
