  • As Call Center Agent, you report to the Team Manager and provide effective and efficient service to customers.
  • You take inbound calls to understand customers' needs and to support them to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • You are comfortable with registering new customer's account, managing existing accounts and processing payments over the phone.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric or inside sales roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: € 22,000 + Premium Bonus

Location: Blanchardstown Business Centre

Working hours: different work shifts from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm (including weekends).
