What’s the opportunity?

…to become local leader of a recognisable global online software. In relative infancy yet widely-used; already a world-leading, user-friendly tool driving commercial insights and decisions. olsters effectiveness and credibility of the many hundreds of thousands of businesses and individuals signed up as customers.

…to take a lead as cultural pillar in the critical satellite Dublin office of an established organisation well-established in some markets but not yet in certain key markets. You are seen as an extension of the management team in Dublin.

Essentially, your purpose is accelerating growth around the core product line; finding ways to market products in a different way. Your skills and successes to date truly must centre on new market growth – versus optimisation of an established brand.

What’s expected day-to-day?

  • Key focus is on growth and product management. And connecting with Group Product Management in the US
  • Your position is both strategic and very much hands-on, driving acceleration of a huge business, at the coal face locally. Draw on hands-on experience of AB tests and experimentation through the funnel, to acquire and optimise and build out in new markets
  • There’s a large infrastructure project going live now, so leverage this as you spend the first half of 2019 formulating, articulating and making progress on expansion plans. Create a list of prioritised markets based on your research and analysis, get buy-in from the organisation, and build out tests and experiments
  • You collaborate with your product manager; and with the IT team building and curating the engineering backlog. And Marketing counterparts
  • As a cultural pillar in the Dublin office, you’ll engage with the wider team as leader

What should my CV look like?!

  • Proven ability to strategically create awareness of a product and build demand where there is none
  • You must have strong acquisition and funnel marketing experience
  • Which may have opened up from your traditional product management experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Ideally, you come from eCommerce or performance marketing companies/roles

Salary will be commensurate with experience, six figures, top end €140,000 plus stocks, options, bonus and benefits of course. If all of the above sounds like you, apply immediately and follow up with a call to Louise at RECRUITERS. I’d love to talk through further aspects of the role and help decide if it’s right! Many thanks
