GERMAN– Customer Support Executive

Global online retailers all know that without happy customers, who can actively communicate with them, their business will not succeed. This is key and crucial to success, and this employer has established themselves as the Go-TO experts in providing such a service internationally.

This opportunity to join the customer service element of a huge, customer experience support team will position you at the centre of a hugely successful, big brand partnered with the worlds most recognisable retailers.  This team, who operate in various European markets, are all obsessed with customer satisfaction, issue resolution and ensuring that the users are satisfied, and dealing with a level of service synonymous with the brands they are buying from.

With great training, great teams and super systems to ensure this, your role is to engage, speak, support and guarantee a positive experience to all the customers you are engaging with.

This is a software support environment. You’ll need to be comfortable learning as much as possible about the systems, and being in apposition to resolve. These are clients you’re dealing with rather than end users, so a professional environment and B2B relationships. Some of the content is quite technical, which can be taught but naturally some previous experience within this type of an environment will be a big advantage.

What else is good to think about?

·        The location – this role is based in the gorgeous West Cork area. Lovely location and dealing with European markets.

·        The hours will vary – This is shift work, so the team need to be flexible on a pattern that will incorporate times from 8am – 10pm and also occasional night responsibilities (8pm-8am).

·        Language – Naturally you will need to be fluent in your audience language. We are currently on the look out for Italian and German speakers.

·        Experience – Ideally you’ll have worked in a technical support role. This isn’t 100% necessary, but it would be nice. Also familiarity with phone and web based communications.


These are very key hires for the team. We appreciate that some interested parties may be relocating, which we can assist with. WE can also conduct interviews by SKYPE/PHONE etc to make life easier!
