You are going to be a member of the senior leadership team with a leading CRM Software Company and you will contribute to their goal of capturing the 25% of their market globally – that’s a billion-dollar company and you couldn’t be joining at a better time! Managing a team of customer support agents, including team leaders; your focus will be on ensuring the continued success of the division, developing the team leaders, and overall strategic path of the division.

What we are looking for:

A highly motivated and driven people leader to take ownership of a growing customer support division; driving analysis and insights for business decisions and continuously looking at ways to move forward. The role involves people management and also requires you to take a lead strategic analysis and decision making to support business planning.  


  • Managing a team of 20+ agents including 3 team leaders and with growth plans to substantially grow this team, you can expect things to only get busier!
  • Define and drive the teams to hit milestones and increase service level
  • Enhance productivity and by ensuring our your teams are working smarter and more efficiently
  • Maintain and improve processes and policies
  • Partner with internal department such as product, retention, sales to refine the products, processes and ultimately client experience


  • Demonstrate a track record in managing people within a customer focused environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast paced environment
  • Agile, self-starter who thinks like a founder. Can work well independently and collaboratively

Package: Salary €55,000 – €65,000 + bonus + benefits

Location: Dublin City Centre
