Would you like to join a high end boutique management consultancy, working with large clients in Ireland and the UK, well recognised as a leader in the field of business transformation? This business has a good track record over the last 12 years and have grown every year. We are now recruiting for talented consultants that can initiate and execute business change and technology projects based in Dublin.

The work involves implementing business change programmes and projects (People, Process, Technology, Management Practices and Organisational Design).

The customer is central in the approach.

They promise to achieve an outcome, place experts to lead the work and leverage from their clients’ personnel to get the job done. This approach allows their clients to extend their capabilities and to reduce their external costs.


Super – what should I look like?

  • Well, candidates should have a minimum of 8-9 years of relevant experience, at least 2 in a consultancy firm or a client facing role working around business change or business transformation and be at manager level.
  • You will be commercially astute to understand their business goals and challenge their thinking to refine these.
  • You will have led or played a role in successful business improvement or transformation initiatives, ideally across a wide range of sectors and be able to think imaginatively to design ways to move forward and bring people along in the programmes of work.
  • Bringing your experience in programme execution or change implementation you will be able to run projects for clients autonomously.
