This is an end to end 360 CONTRACT AGENCY RECRUITER role with daily operational responsibilities as well as providing support to business and recruitment strategy.

As  an agency Recruiter you will demonstrate your ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work with an award winning team.   You will use your experience to position your clients as the employer of choice for candidates in their chosen field. You will be responsible for sourcing talent for immediate needs as well as understanding workforce planning and longer term requirements.

To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include:

  • 3+ years of Sales or Recruitment experience.
  • Experience with employment branding, innovative sourcing strategies, and building a robust pipeline of diverse talent
  • Passion about data and metrics, and experience creating and managing a context of decision-oriented data
  • Experience with social media campaigns
  • Experience in working with 3rd party vendors
  • A good working knowledge of Boolean Logic and Direct Sourcing
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

On successful hire, you will:

  • Proactively network and build relationships to secure key talent and capitalize on first mover advantage
  • Be responsible for employer branding and innovative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Actively contribute to our best-in-class recruitment strategy
  • Implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost effective manner
  • Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Finance Acquisition, Hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates for interview.
  • Ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained, while maintaining a high level of accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas to Hiring Managers, ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology
  • Provide a high level of candidate care and ensure frequent communication is deployed (e.g. debriefing candidates, keeping candidates `warm`)
