What’s the opportunity?

Are you a professional receptionist who is used to working in a fast paced, busy environment? The global leader in aircraft leasing is looking for an engaged and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their Dublin based team.

You’ll be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring the smooth running of meetings, hospitality, events, courier / post management and daily coordination with the executive team.

The day to day life:

  • Front of house reception; including the friendly and efficient welcoming of visitors and staff
  • Booking and organizing meeting rooms
  • Ordering taxis and booking travel arrangements for guests
  • Providing administrative support to a variety of departments as required
  • Dealing with a busy switchboard
  • Coordinating and arranging itineraries for visiting executives
  • Setting up and logging all access cards for visitors
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Working on special tasks, projects and events as allocated by the team

The right person for the job:

You should have 2 years' experience as a corporate receptionist. You’re friendly, engaged and a natural communicator, comfortable dealing with a wide range of different departments and stakeholders at all levels.

You’re proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience operating a busy switchboard is a definite advantage. You’re proactive, easily able to multitask and can work well both independently and as a part of a team.
