This is a Financail Services trailblazor, tailoring invoicing solutions for over 10,000 small & medium sized businesses globally. With thriving international presence, this exciting permanent opportunity will give insight to the Financial Services sector in a relaxed, enthusiastic enviornment with great management who want you to have long term growth and job satisfaction. In this business no two days will ever be the same!! This team of credit controllers not only perform credit control on debt, but also act as a daily point of contact for important clients. In the nature of the business function, you'll be responsible for arranging daily payments to clients. As a target driven professional, you'll apply your best in class technique to achieve (& exceed) set financial targets with structured deadlines. You will prepare and analyse reports of aging debtor collections, flagging potential concerns to management in a timely manner. This opportunity gives you clear visibility to Senior Management for acknowledgement, special ad-hoc projects and greater career progression.

What challenges does the role entail?

The nature of the role is resolving invoice queries and lots of outbound contact to your assigned portfolio of clients. As one of the primary contacts, you’re responsible in large for the customers’ perception of the company. Strong interpersonal skills should accommodate a friendly yet firm, unwavering customer experience, maximising turnaround in collections.

  • You've been thriving in Credit Control for 1-3 years

  • General understanding of financial management of client portfolio
