CRM Executive - Implementing World-class CRM tool: Microsoft Dynamics

Ireland’s oldest and most recognisable brand is hiring a CRM Executive to work with Ireland’s best CRM Specialist (20 years’ experienced) on a high-visibility transformative project: implementing and setting up campaigns in the stunning Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool. You must have worked on targeted, effective CRM campaigns and know how to segment customers strategically to drive this. You must know what drives good responses – or how to break it down and figure it out!

It’s an incredibly exciting time in this mid-sized business. Big changes mean a huge refresh across the entity. For the Marketing function, implementation of the sophisticated Microsoft Dynamics, world-class CRM is huge! It’s underway currently but needs you to come in to work on setting up workflows and user journeys of multi-channel, multi-stage campaigns for several products.

The focus of the CRM programme is to deliver industry-leading propositions on a groundwork of sophisticated segmentation. You won’t find an equivalent opportunity to be directly trained in and use Microsoft Dynamics elsewhere in Dublin. Dynamics is the best platform, being up-taken rapidly around the world. The experience is invaluable particularly if you are passionate about consumer marketing, always looking for opportunities to send personalised, relevant comms to customers to drive their engagement. You’ll become expert in MS Dynamics, Click Dimensions and Oxygen8. This is a really fantastic opportunity.

Excellent! But what about me? What skills and experience must I bring?

  • 3 years CRM experience; strong knowledge of what drives good campaign response
  • Experience designing and implementing workflows for campaigns in email, direct mail, SMS and outbound calls. And always testing user stories and campaigns before rollout
  • Familiar with working with a HTML designer on AB testing.
  • Know how to conduct good post-campaign analysis to present back to stakeholders
  • Be able to set up dashboards for email, SMS, DM, online and outbound campaigns
  • Evidence of analytical mindset and segmentation skills to drive targeted, effective campaigns
  • Be customer-obsessed. Previous managers should have said about you that you always put the customer at the heart of each experience
  • You should bring experience of a CRM platform; ideally, you’ll have used Microsoft Dynamics
  • This role requires high attention to detail, organisation, written and verbal communication

You will be paid €35,000 pro-rated for six months* (*initially) and surrounded by experts and the highest level of best practice in a company offering you great reign to effect results.
