Customer Account Manager

This organisation is the number one visited shopping site in the US in their area, and are busy building the world’s most trusted and transparent marketplace. They have recently set up in Ireland to make inroads into the European market, and are looking to add to their elite team in Dublin City Centre.  This person will be focusing and maintaining and expanding the account base in the UK and mitigate customer churn. 


Sounds good so far, now what would my day-to-day look like?


Contacting and working closely with accounts in the UK to ensure they’re using the product to their best advantage
Analyse performance data, renegotiate subscription rates and prospect possibly upsell and cross-sell opportunities 
Resolve customer issues immediately to reduce churn
Offer best-in-class customer service to ensure swift client adoption of new processes and products 
Convey recurring issues and best practice to the wider organisation

Great, now what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

1-3 years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally within a software OR SaaS organisation
Experience relating to retention, renewals, and upselling/cross-selling
Experience with churn reduction, and sales pipeline forecasting
Self-motivated and ambitious outlook, and a real drive to improve the customer experience 
Good organisational and problem-solving capabilities 

Looks like a fit, but what else do I need to know?

This role is permanent, based at this company’s slick new offices near Stephen’s Green (within easy access of the Green Line Luas and the bus) and will pay a base of up to €50,000 (OTE €75,000) with catered lunches and onsite gym plus a great commission structure.
