One of Ireland’s top 10, best-known brands needs an experienced Marketing Manager to develop a strong new cross-sell strategy and to manage a team of two (growing to three later this year) to focus on segmentation which drives targeted and successful BTL campaigns. 

It’s an incredibly exciting time in the business. Recent change drives a huge opportunity. For Marketing, implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM extremely sophisticated world-class tool is already underway and the focus of the whole programme is delivering industry-leading propositions on a bedrock of sophisticated segmentation. The training for Dynamics will take place in March and it will be delivered to a select few on the team. What will I actually be doing day-to-day?

Working between Marketing, Product and Pricing, identify segments and develop excellent 360* propositions which you continue to manage end-to-end. Focused on marketing ROI, drive product performance through innovative campaigns which you brief to a team of experts in creative, email, etc. Work with external agencies too. Consider acquisition and retention and analyse and track all along the way to drive multi-channel results. Make really well-informed decisions to align with and evolve the customer experience (CX) plan.

You will get to work with stunning marketeers including the Head of Marketing, Senior CRM Implementation Specialist and CEO. As well as excellent stakeholders throughout the entity of 500 people. Do all of this based in fantastic city centre offices with autonomy and scope to deliver results and build your own career and success. This recognisable brand delivers a unique customer-centric service range in finance and insurance, media, hospitality, transport and regulatory. The marketing team is 12+  and growing. This newly-designed role is a testament to the recent strides and plans of the company.

Excellent. How do I qualify?

  • 5 years CRM experience; managing models and developing cross-sell and lifecycle strategies
  • Evidence of analytical mindset and segmentation skills to drive targeted, effective campaigns
  • 2+ years people management experience (you will manage 2/3 people in this position)
  • 3rd level degree in Marketing, Business or related
  • Budget Management and strong performance analysis in terms of campaigns and overall
