The day to day . . .

You will manage a customer service department through everyday processes. You’ll be managing performance, accountability, quality, and adherence to processes and goals. You’ll lead, develop, and arrange training for the department. You’ll manage regular formal and informal feedback sessions with your department members.
Client relationship management is a key deliverable of this job. You’ll be regularly meeting with key clients to establish, manage, and maintain relationships. You’ll manage onboarding processes for new clients. You’ll develop the service requirements and deliverables for individual clients.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing systems and processes in order to implement the most efficient and streamlined approach. Creativity and initiative are key here! As well as this you’ll contribute to project management and the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
You’ll ensure that the key performance indicators for your department are met, consistently review processes to ensure a premium client experience at all times. You’ll also manage any escalated cases.


The skills . . .

You should have 5 plus years in a client/customer focused position or a Key Account Management position.
3 years’ experience in a people management position.
You’ll be a natural motivator and super organised.
Previous experience in project management, improving processes, and planning.
A third level qualification in a business focused discipline is a big plus.
