Sounds Great, What will I be doing every day?

You’ll be providing top notch customer service across a number of service queries. You’ll mainly be dealing with payments and refunds so if your math skills are strong that will be a big bonus for you! The role will be mainly on an inbound call basis, but you’ll also deal with email and social media. Compliance and efficiency play a big part in the day to day here, you’ll be using a lot of systems, and recording customer data in a crm system, recording each individual interaction that you have. You’ll have your own set of service targets to comply to and to drive you to do your best. From time to time you may even be required to assist within other departments.


I WANT this job! What do I need to bring to the table?

If you’re coming from a customer service background that is a massive plus. Retail, hospitality, and call centre backgrounds work really well here.
You’ll be a superstar on the phone and have some slick IT and Microsoft office skills.
This is a shift based job so your hours will fall between 8am and 9pm, you’ll also be required to work 1 in 4 weekends. Availability to work these shifts is essential.
Having the right attitude to work in a fast paced environment is also really important, if you are resilient, positive, and have a great sense of humour you will fit in perfectly!


This role has a basic salary of €22,000 with premium rates for evening and weekend hours. It is also initially a 12 month fixed term contract with potential for extension. If this sounds like the job for you I would love to talk to you in confidence about your suitability for the role.
