Our client offers best in class products and services to companies across a range of industries in Ireland. This is an opportunity to join their customer support team. The successful candidate will deliver a high standard of client and customer support, handle inbound and outbound calls and accurately capture information all while promoting the client and their services. It’s the perfect role for a candidate who wants a varied role combining customer support and general administrative tasks.

The overall responsibilities:

  • Handling a high volume of phone calls daily
  • Responding to requests and managing complex issues
  • Handling email requests from both external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Logging issues and tickets into the database for all queries
  • Planning and scheduling service work with engineers for customers
  • Following up on contract renewals
  • Supplying pricing quotes and documentation to customers
  • Managing all records and ordering relevant warehouse stock
  • Liaising daily with teams within the organisation to ensure smooth delivery of services including; Sales, Finance, Logistics, Engineering.

The ideal person:

The ideal candidate has at least 1 years’ Customer Service experience in a busy B2B environment. You’re enthusiastic, motivated and extremely organised. You display a sense of urgency and follow through when it comes to your work tasks and are flexible when prioritising to ensure no task is left undone. You have great time management skills and are at your best when you’re working under pressure. You’ll need to have demonstrable MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook. Access is also a bonus. You have an excellent phone manner and are comfortable communicating at all levels.
