  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our external clients globally – both BtoC and BtoB
  • Coordinate cross functionally to deliver a high quality service
  • Work on continuous improvement programmes
  • Work to department SLA’s i.e. a 24 hours turnaround on written communication and a target call abandon rate of 2%
  • Develop extensive and sound product knowledge in order to provide timely and accurate information
  • Assist in coordinating customer solutions case by case as required 
  • Multi-tasking of daily assigned workload as well as ad hoc assignments and follow up on individual cases 
  • Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention 

Sounds good? What’s needed to get in front of them

Well, you need to speak French, fluently, as the calls and content are complex. You will need fluent English to work as part of the Irish operation and be flexible to work some rotational shift patterns (only every 8-10 weeks) including night shifts and weekend work, as this is a 24x7 global operation. You will have commercial experience in a customer focused role and be adept at administration (computer literate, using the internet, typing, using MS office. Accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to learn and follow processes are essential (online accuracy tests will be part of the selection criteria)

NICE TO HAVES

Previous experience in call centre environment would be beneficial but not a requirement
Interest in Financial services / Contract / Claims / Legal or similar

Offer

€26-28K salary depending on experience AND free parking, Childcare allowances, Educational Assistance, Training and development budget, sports and social, pension 8% Medical insurance, €1,000 for Taxsaver, flexitime, €2K increase after 18 months and €2K increase as you pass exams
