Brilliant, that's exactly what I'm looking for. So what wil my workday look like?

  • Your primary function is to provide knowledgeable and practical support to customers in order to resolve their queries
  • Engage with the customers through mediums including phone, email and inbound chat
  • Proactively work with other team members to assist them in achieving improved customer support and improved retention metrics
  • You'll be involved in gathering feedback in order to improve the product development cycle


Excellent! So what skills and experience should I have?

  • First things first you need to be fluent in English and German, both written and oral
  • You'll have to be a quick learner. The company need you to gain an understanding of its products and services from the get go
  • Having previous customer support experience is preferred but not essential
  • Desire to provide superior customer service with patience and empathy


With great training, great teams and super systems to ensure all of the above, your role is to engage, speak, support and guarantee a positive experience to all the customers you are engaging with.
