You have the opportunity to work with a leading Life & Pensions provider based in South Dublin. This company has access to superb experience and expertise, allowing the company to continuously enhance its range of products and services. Your role will be to assist in providing a first-class and proactive service to both internal and external customers on the company’s portfolio.  You will also ensure that quality standards are achieved and that all regulatory requirements are adhered to / implemented in all areas of your work.

Sounds great, so what will my day look like?

  • Deal with a wide range of queries from brokers and customers both internal and external representing the company in a professional manner
  • Updating and processing policy requests and amendments
  • Supporting team members with work processes and complex problems within administrative procedures
  • Working within agreed SLA's

What type of experience do I need to be considered?

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Life Assurance/Financial Services industry particularly working with defined benefit pension schemes
  • Previous experience in a contact centre/call centre dealing with customers by phone and email highly desirable
  • QFA qualification is essential.
  • Ability to work within a team and relate well to other team members
