How was your performance review?  We set objectives for the next 12 months and we’ll meet once a quarter to talk about them for half an hour. Sound familiar? meet with your manager once every few months and set some vague goals that will help you and the company improve, 6 months later, reassess and set similar objectives. In this world of Big Data and Automation, there should be a better way, there is.

With an award winning SaaS performance management tool my client use Big Data and Analytics to develop real time personalised feedback and coaching reports for employees and management. Through continuous improvement coaching, the platform allows employees to become happier and more productive as they have a defined path to success.

In their second year of operation and having secured a multimillion seed round they can already boast a host of enterprise clients based throughout the globe, with thousands using the platform each day. They require a DevOps lead to join their team. Working alongside the CTO and Software Architect your role will be to implement a defined DevOps framework for the company that will allow them to easily scale quickly and efficiently. The role is based in the City Centre a stone’s throw from Trinity College.
