We are recruiting a wonderful position at the EMEA HQ of this global tech behemoth in Dublin. The job is 'Employee Communications Senior Manager'. It needs a senior comms professional, experienced in employee engagement and change communications within a similarly large and complex organisation.
The role exists as the organisation recently opened its new, state-of-the-art offices in Dublin; a major development. We need you being interested in a broad role supporting through rapid growth to deliver innovations in what is partly akin to a start-up environment whilst also supporting the day-to-day, business-as-usual aspects.
Hired on contract basis but with good opportunity for long-term extension, once onsite, you become invaluable. The company has had a long-time focus on the outsourcing model, hiring on contract and often converting good people to permanent.
With attractive benefits such as 25 days’ leave (pro-rated) and opportunity for flexible working arrangements, salary-wise, it's about €75,000, depending on experience.
