What’s the opportunity?

These guys have hit the nail on the head when it comes to mobile and device technology, their clients are made up of some of the most identifiable brands in the county and their products are well known. With some great successes in 2018 and great plans for 2019 it’s a really exciting time to join the company. Their Enterprise department is one of their biggest priorities for this year and as such they are in need of an Enterprise Account Manager to come on board to manage existing accounts, acquire new ones, and play their part in the strategic development of the department.

  • This is the PERFECT job for an experienced business developer who is eager o manage a base of existing accounts while still bringing on new accounts, you’ll be looking at a 70/30 split here.
  • Working on a Dublin territory you’ll be managing the day-to-day activity of a number of existing enterprise accounts while organically growing the revenue base through building relationships with key stakeholder and identifying new revenue opportunities within established accounts.
  • You will continuously provide market feedback and insights to stakeholders and leadership around offerings, prospects, and product development.
  • You’ll have your own set of targets and deliverables to work to
  • You’ll manage a weekly report around stock forecasting, pricing, and product catalogues.
  • You’ll generate new business through identifying opportunities, key growth metrics and outbound activity, ne4tworking, and maintaining a great knowledge of the jobs market.

Ok, you’ve sold me on it! What are the skills I need?

  • This role is best suited to someone coming out of a Business Development role (as opposed to an account management role) with 3-5 years’ experience in this space. It can also work for a highly experienced retail electronics or telco stores senior manager with significant experience.
  • You’ll have a third level degree.
  • Personality wise this job will suit someone who is commercially minded, a problem solver, strong at building and maintaining relationships, and motivated by targets.
  • You’ll be out visiting clients on a day-to-day basis so you’ll need to have a full licence and your own transport.
  • A track record in working to and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in clients’ needs analysis will be hugely beneficial here, along with the ability to generate ideas and solutions under pressure.
