This is truly a unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record in enterprise SAAS sales in the financial services industry, ideally having sold into retail banking, to come and join a wonderful business. With a complete product and revenue flow already, the foundations are there and today we want someone to bring it to a €10m business in the next three years… And make a LOT of money doing so (superb commission and equity stake).

This opportunity offers the chance to:

  • Work with company owners in sales strategy and development (including building out the sales team eventually – right now, this is an individual contributor role and will always be hands-on selling)
  • Leverage leads from a Marketing Automation vendor (possibly bringing this in-house eventually)
  • Work with tier two and eventually tier one retail banking companies around EMEA and further eventually
  • Work on closing deals (average order value around €500K) and lead times of 6-9 months, closing 2-4 deals in a year (10% commission) – so lucrative enterprise sales
  • Work with an ecosystem of partners in this area of retail banking to leverage partner sales
  • Creating a system for managing Sales pipeline management and MQL management

Sounds good? How do I get to pitch myself to the CEO?

  • Well, first off – you must have a track record of bringing in high tech solution sales, with retail banking or relevant FS clients, of similar order values and lead times. You will know how to talk to stakeholders in banks and to qualify opportunities.
  • Second, you will be hungry and eager to for success! You will want to work for an up and coming software SAAS business employing 12 people now and growing, and enjoy all that brings (fast pace, diversity, rapid change and pivoting) and be a team player, hungry for the bigger picture and success.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience in Channel Partner sales or networking with partners to generate revenue
  • Experience in Payments, merchant services and know what PSD2 is and other compliance initiatives coming down the line
