European Relationship Manager

One of Europe’s leading eLearning tech organisations is continuing their impressive expansion through Europe (and soon internationally), and is looking for a new team member to take a visible role in the development of a specific, developing division.

To explain in more detail, this role is crucial in the development of a support function which bridges the relationships between the business and the potential, future employers of these high-level graduates. With excellent material, marketing and strong existing relationships with tech industry employers, we would like to hire someone who is capable of proactively strengthening these ties, communicating the advantages and ease with which these (experienced) graduates could add value, along with the acquisition of new parties who would benefit from the relationship.

The role is based in Dublin, and looks at markets within the European area, and plans are advanced to launch in the US market also. The skill set is around understanding or being capable of learning the global tech recruitment industry, client development and maintenance and commercial awareness. It’s not a direct sales role, but will be measured by growth and progress and the establishment of access to hiring opportunities which students can avail of.

 

What will this involve for me?

  • You’ll lead a function, and in time a team, who are supporting the communication, introduction and “link” between the high quality, tech graduates and industry managers.
  • You’ll have excellent resources at your disposal including a new developed piece of software, well prepared marketing collateral, a hands-on CEO, and well established existing relationships as testimonials from global tech brands.
  • Your remit will be to represent and develop this brand, and educate tech hiring teams on the benefits of direct access to the qualified workforce. This is a partnership with long-term remits, rather than a “direct recruitment” role.
  • Some Travel – This is (for now) primarily European, all in english language. You can anticipate a lot of proactive activity, along with face to face appointments and exchange of information with employers across various territories.

 

We are currently preparing for interviews, which will be held in Dublin on the week of the 20th August. This will be approx a 2-round process. Remuneration in the area of €50K basic + bonus.
