Are you an experienced Development Manager/Director? Interested in working for a software product house, locally controlled and based in Dublin City Centre? In this role, you will be leading a high performing, globally distributed team of front-end engineers driving excellent user experiences through front-end technology innovation.  Every company boasts about the quality of the people working there, but this company has an exemplary team – the best minds from around Europe so you will learn loads. Oh yeah, this is a new role (not a backfill) so you will really get to take the reins and put your stamp on this organisation.

Sounds amazing!! But what would my day-to-day look like?

  • Leading a high performing team of front-end engineers in an agile environment
  • Working daily with senior directors and CEO
  • Inspiring and motivating your team to build world class software products
  • Champion and drive continuous improvement whilst ensuring future proofing of the software
  • Working closely with product management and design teams to ensure everyone is on the same page
  • Hiring and retaining great talent

I’m interested, but what should my profile look like in order to be considered?

Firstly, you will be passionate about technology and keeping up to date with the latest and greatest technologies and trends, you should hold a (Minimum 2.1) BSc. /MSc. in Computer Science or related course with at least 4-5 years’ experience in managing high performing development teams.
