The time is right for a GERMAN speaking HR Administrator to join the team of one of the world's most well-known names in technology. This is a unique opportunity to join a multinational based in North Dublin who is renowned for attracting the best talent. 

This role will be based in Dublin, supporting a Senior HR Business Partner based in Germany, looking after general HR questions from across the business, with a particular emphasis on benefit related queries.

What would my responsibilities be?

  • Advising and counselling employees and management on HR related queries and HR policies and processes.
  • Project managing the clearance of a backlog of benefit and compensation related issues and questions.
  • Liaising with Benefit providers in Germany around their offerings to support employees.
  • Supporting the HR BP in Germany with a range of employee lifecycle related tasks.
  • Maintaining HR systems and HR administration to ensure all correct and up to date data is recorded.
  • Working on additional HR projects as they arise.

The ideal person for the role:

You must be completely fluent in GERMAN. You have at least 1 years' experience as a HR Administrator or HR Assistant and must have an understanding of ALL aspects of Human Resources, ideally in a large company. You understand the typical benefit related concerns and queries that arise from employees and can communicate comfortably and confidently at all levels. You’re a strong administrator and work with a high level of attention to detail. You have a positive attitude and customer service skills to match and you’re eager to join a best in class HR team to advance your career!
