A really exciting opportunity has opened with a brilliant software company in Dublin Central, building innovative solutions to allow e-commerce businesses of all sizes expand their business and reach.

What makes this company brilliant? Well for a start…the leaders are well known successful Irish serial entrepreneurs, so to work with them will be awesome! The company is maturing and is on a growth trajectory – so it’s an exciting time in the company’s evolution. Their products, which empower billions of euros worth of e-commerce transactions daily, were built from the ground up with sellers in mind. They have grown into a global company with customers in over 60 countries around the world and they are only getting bigger.

What are they looking for? They are looking for an experienced product manager with a vibrant personality and a passion for software product management. You will have the ability to take ownership, lead a team and drive the products internationally.

In this role you will own the overall end-to-end product line strategy and roadmaps. You will lead a team to develop product concepts and define detailed requirements for current and future product offerings – so it’s a really strategic role. This role requires e-commerce industry experience and excellent commercial acumen.

Sounds great, I want in! What do I need?

5+ years’ experience in a senior product management role for an international software company, e-commerce background is preferred.
Experience designing and building great user experiences on both the web and mobile devices. 
People management 3+ years’ experience.
Evidence of responsibility for the overall product road-map and strategy for your products previously.
Knowledge of front end development, Google analytics, site tagging and online marketing.
Understanding of customer needs and gathering product requirements from business owners.
Experience working with teams of design, development and database specialists.
Strong appreciation of UI/UX design concepts and principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
Well organised strong product evangelist.
Strategic planning with commercial acumen is essential.
