The time is right for a HR Advisor to join the Dublin workforce of one of the most established multinationals in the world!

What will my day look like?

You’ll be supporting the EMEA countries on any number of the following processes and queries related to the employee lifecycle;

  • Background Checking
  • On-boarding
  • Leave of absence
  • Benefit administration
  • Right to work
  • Work day / Data management
  • Performance and rewards process
  • Off-boarding

The ideal applicant:

You'll have at least 1 years' experience as a HR Assistant or HR Administrator, ideally in a large or multinational company. You’ll have a good understanding of HR processes and employment policies as you know the impact they have on a company. Previous experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel and if you’ve worked with Workday, even better! Strong communication skills are crucial to enable smooth engagement with a variety of stakeholders.

Fluency in another European language would be extremely beneficial!

You have a positive attitude and customer service skills to match and you’re eager to join a best in class HR team to advance your career!
