HR Transformation Consultant

This role has opened in one of the world's leading Management Consulting firms for executable Strategy and Human Capital Advisory services. The consulting practice is built around integrated core capabilities - people, process, technology and industry expertise - the capabilities needed to help clients to tackle their most complex challenges.

HR Transformation professionals work with complex organisations to clearly define, structure, and implement HR solutions for their future talent needs. They create a uniform, high quality, cost-effective HR service model, powered by technological capabilities in order to optimise business alignment and performance.  

To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include: 

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Experience with project management capabilities
  • Familiar with change management
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Flexible, open and transparent with the ability to manage and lead workshops with clients
  • Strong analytical skills (MS Excel, Tableau, Macros and/or Access to analyse data)
  • Strong attention to detail, writing and presentation skills
  • Experience building business cases demonstrating cost and benefits of recommendations
  • Offer a strong and compelling point of view around HR Transformation related matters and issues
  • Experience of process definition, analysis, design, and implementation

On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Add real value to clients across all industries through managing projects, managing people, and providing thought leadership across a range of HR Transformation initiatives and trends. 
  • Contribute to the transformation of clients’ HR functions and the introduction of effective, innovative and digital HR solutions. 
  • Lead the Consultants and Senior Consultants that you manage, ensuring they are continuously learning and developing the skills they need to be successful in their careers.
  • Manage senior stakeholders effectively and manage complex and diverse client scenarios,  focusing on high quality and delivery through others even in high pressured, time-critical situations 
  • Be acutely aware of risk management and managing risks associated with people, process, systems and change
  • Experience developing ideas for business development, recognising business development opportunities and playing an active role in increasing business opportunities for the firm
