Permanent Job – This is a really nice job opportunity to work with a team of In-House Recruiters in a Global Multinational company that ticks all the boxes in terms of product, services, location, opportunity, people, pace and ambition.

APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM AGENCY RECRUITERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO MOVE IN-HOUSE.

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to source, assess and advise on top quality candidates for various roles across the organization. You will support sales and other corporate functions in multiple countries across Europe including but not limited to UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, France and The Netherlands. 

On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Advise and partner with hiring managers on full-cycle and high-volume recruitment sales, collaborate on job details, and advise on effective candidate assessments
  • Deliver end-to-end search on active roles, including developing job-based recruitment strategies
  • Perform phone screens, shortlists of candidates, conduct and lead the interview process, manage debriefs discussions and offer processes
  • Effectively articulate employment value proposition to all candidates
  • Demonstrate high quality candidate experience to all candidates
  • Work closely with Business Groups and HR Business Partner Teams through ongoing communication in order to proactively develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. Collaboration and strong teamwork is critical
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool – both now and for the future

To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include:

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • A strong background in metric driven recruitment environments
  • Passion and focus on recruitment, with a solid grounding in business
  • Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Monster, etc.) and referral generation
  • Ability to build confidence and strong partnerships with Hiring Managers
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team oriented, charismatic environment
  • Strong relationship building and Project Management skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability manage your time efficiently
  • A college or university degree is desired.
