The time is right for an experienced Inside Sales Solution Specialist to join one of the world's best known names in technology. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a newly formed Sales Organisation, leveraging modern technology, big data and analytics to drive impactful demand and targeted sales coverage within a renowned multinational based in South Dublin.

You’ll be working with account teams to identify and drive opportunities and planning and executing coverage and strategies to unlock sales opportunities. You’ll need to be able to understand the needs of the customer and pinpoint how the organisations’ solutions can add value. You’ll become the cloud computing subject matter expert, nurturing a positive experience for potential customers to encourage them to utilise and engage with the organisation’s products and solutions.

The day to day responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers across industries to determine requirements and identify workplace solutions as a resolution.
  • Take ownership of targets and quotas for your areas and manage reporting.
  • Drive pipeline creation and readiness activities with Account Executives, adhering to budget.
  • Use available data and insights to identify a list of accounts to be targeted.
  • Ensure that all opportunities are being proactively driven by the team and tracked accordingly.
  • Offer ongoing support to the sales floor and act as a go between for the inside sales and in-country teams.
  • Collaborate and communicate with all lines of business, IT decision makers and all stakeholders.

The ideal person:

The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years’ experience in technical sales or business development experience, selling into corporate accounts. Cloud Computing in particular will be a huge bonus. You should have knowledge of Hardware Devices and / or Workplace Solutions. You’re target driven, with a proven track record in a customer facing role and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.

Fluency in English and ANOTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGE; GERMAN, FRENCH OR SPANISH is essential as you’ll be working with in-country teams in these locations.
